Our hotel is run by family and offers comfortable rooms. For breakfast you will find varied food choices. For dinner you can find several restaurants in a walking distance.

Hotel Avalon is located in central Landstuhl, which gives you the opportunity to explore the Sickingen town and learn more about the Knight Franz von Sickingen.

Groups may book a guided tour through the city or to the Nanstein Castle.

For walking you will find a lot of trails around the town, or if you like extended tours, you may go to the "Pfälzer Wald", which is very close. Also, you can walk on the nothern part of Pälzer Jakobspilgerweg.

Even a visit on your own at Nanstein Castle, the town's landmark, is very interesting. There are stairs behind Hotel Avalon which go to the forest. Just follow the trails up to the castle!
